1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DropsTCG ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DropsTCG. We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account Limit and Identity Rules:

• Each individual may create and control a maximum of three (3) accounts in total across DropsTCG
• Creating, controlling, or operating more than three (3) accounts by the same person is a material breach of these Terms
• We may link accounts based on signals including (without limitation) phone number, email pattern, device, IP/network, payment instrument, shipping details, or other abuse-detection data
• You must not create additional accounts to bypass bans, limits, prize eligibility rules, promotions, or anti-abuse systems

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. Description of Service

DropsTCG is a hobby collecting platform for physical trading cards that allows users to:

• Purchase physical trading cards through card packs (Drops M Boxes, gem drops, and other methods)
• Participate in prize events for physical card prizes
• Play minigames to earn card rewards
• Collect, manage, and view digital representations of physical cards in a virtual vault
• Request physical shipment of cards to their address
• Refund eligible cards for tokens (which can be used for future card purchases)

All card purchases result in physical trading cards that are shipped to users. Digital representations are provided for collection management purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments and Billing

Payment Terms:

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency (e.g., Malaysian Ringgit)
• Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Payment must be made through approved payment methods
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Refund Policy:

• Token purchases are non-refundable
• Card refunds are available only for cards with refund values as specified
• Refund values are determined by us and may vary by card
• Refunded cards are permanently removed from your account
• Refunds are processed as tokens, not cash
• Users agree to accept cards in any condition provided they are authentic physical cards as supplied (we do not guarantee grading, centering, or mint condition)
• Exchanges or replacements are only possible if physical cards are delivered in an extremely damaged condition (for example, torn, severely creased, or water‑damaged) and such issues are reported promptly with proof
• Physical card shipments may be subject to separate refund and exchange policies based on logistics partners

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at our discretion.

5. Virtual Currency and Tokens

Token Nature and Restrictions:

• Tokens are a virtual currency within the DropsTCG platform
• Tokens can be purchased using approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe)
• Tokens are used exclusively to purchase physical trading cards
• Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Tokens cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, or converted to real currency
• Tokens have no monetary value outside the DropsTCG platform
• Tokens cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users
• We reserve the right to modify token prices, values, or availability at any time

All token purchases are final. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge that they are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be refunded or cashed out.

6. Physical Goods and Shipping

Physical Card Delivery:

• DropsTCG primarily deals in physical trading cards that are shipped to users
• When you purchase cards using tokens, you are purchasing physical goods
• Digital representations of cards in your vault represent physical cards you own
• Physical cards will be shipped to the address you provide
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Shipping Terms:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase
• Processing time: 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
• Delivery times vary by location and shipping method
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• Damaged or lost shipments should be reported immediately

Card Hold Duration Policy:

• When you request shipment of cards, we will hold your cards in our inventory for a maximum duration of 1 year from the date of shipment request
• If you choose to ship cards but we no longer have the specific card(s) in our inventory after the 1-year hold period expires, we will send you a card of similar value based on the original refund value of the card(s) at the time you obtained them
• Compensation will be based on the card's refund value when obtained, not the current market value
• This policy applies only to cards that are no longer available in our inventory after the 1-year hold period
• We reserve the right to manually review and process compensation on a case-by-case basis
• You acknowledge that by requesting shipment, you accept this hold duration policy and compensation terms

8. Digital Cards and Virtual Items

Digital card representations in your vault represent physical cards you own or have purchased. You do not own the intellectual property rights to the card designs, artwork, or related content. Cards are licensed for personal, non-commercial use within the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or discontinue any card at any time. Card quantities are limited and subject to availability.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use automated systems (bots, scripts); engage in fraudulent activity; harass or harm other users; or use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization.

Anti-Exploit and Anti-Abuse Rules: You must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the Service, including (without limitation):

• Multi-accounting beyond the permitted limit, account farming, or coordinated account rings
• Using disposable/temporary email services, synthetic identities, or misleading registration details to evade controls
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation tools, scripts, or device/account rotation to bypass account, IP, prize, promo, or purchase limits
• Abusing referral, welcome bonus, token, voucher, coupon, or promotional mechanics through repeated, deceptive, or artificial behavior
• Manipulating leaderboard, minigame, drop, or prize mechanics through collusion, timing attacks, API abuse, reverse engineering, or unintended workflow exploitation
• Chargeback abuse, payment fraud, or use of unauthorized/stolen payment methods
• Any attempt to obtain unfair advantage through bugs, race conditions, packet manipulation, unauthorized clients, or other technical exploits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DropsTCG or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any content without permission.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropsTCG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DropsTCG, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data.

Enforcement and Remedies for Breach: If we reasonably determine that you breached these Terms (including anti-abuse or anti-exploit rules), we may take one or more actions, with or without prior notice, to protect the Service and other users.

• Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate some or all related accounts
• Disqualify, cancel, or void prize eligibility, claims, shipments, or rewards connected to the breach
• Freeze, adjust, reverse, or remove tokens, credits, cards, rewards, or account benefits obtained through or connected to the breach
• Place transactions, withdrawals, or shipments under manual review and request additional verification
• Block future registrations, purchases, or participation in promotions, prize events, or platform features

Where allowed by law, our determination of abuse, fraud, or exploit behavior is final for platform enforcement purposes. We may also report suspected unlawful conduct to payment providers, platforms, and relevant authorities.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes should first be resolved through informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation or binding arbitration as applicable.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to earthquake, fire, flood, act of God, act of war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, internet failure, computer virus, hacker attack, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DropsTCG regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
